Yes. Starter and Growth plans include a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card required to start. Scale plan inquiries start with a direct conversation: contact us to discuss requirements.
Annual plans are billed once per year upfront. The monthly-equivalent rate is 17% lower than the monthly billing rate. You can switch from monthly to annual at any renewal period.
A SKU is any unique item identifier in your ERP that you want a demand forecast for. A location is any distribution center, warehouse, or fulfillment site tracked in your WMS. Plan limits apply to the number of active SKU-location pairs being modeled, not the total catalog size.
No. Within your plan's SKU and location limits, there are no charges per alert, per API call, or per gigabyte of ERP data processed. If you exceed plan limits, you upgrade to the next tier rather than paying overage fees.
Current supported systems include Orion ERP, Nexbridge WMS, Cadence ERP, Vela Distribution Suite, Forklane WMS, and Axel Planning. If your system is not on this list, Scale plan includes a custom integration engagement. See the Integrations page for full details.
Integration setup completes the same day for supported ERP and WMS connectors. Routeharvest needs read-only credentials and a minimum of 12 weeks of transaction history. The first forecast is generated within 48 hours of successful connection.
