About Routeharvest

Built by people who spent too many Mondays rebuilding spreadsheets

Our Story

The spreadsheet problem has a solution

Marcus Feldman spent years building demand-planning tools inside mid-market industrial distribution companies: the kind where the planning team is two or three people, the ERP is six years old, and every Monday starts with a four-hour reconciliation ritual that shouldn't exist in 2024.

He kept running into the same problem: category-level forecasts hiding the DC-level risk that actually caused stockouts. And every time someone proposed fixing it, the answer was "we'd need a data science team" or "that's what the new ERP is for." Neither arrived.

So in 2024, Marcus co-founded Routeharvest with Priya Nair to build the thing that should have been in the tools all along: a per-SKU-location ML forecasting layer that connects to the ERP you already have, runs without a data science team, and puts a six-week stockout alert in the planner's inbox before the reorder window closes.

The company is based in Chicago. Four people. Bootstrapped. One problem, solved well.

The team

Marcus Feldman, CEO and Co-Founder
Marcus Feldman
CEO & Co-Founder

Spent years building demand-planning tools at mid-size industrial distributors before deciding the spreadsheet cycle was a solvable engineering problem. Founded Routeharvest to put ML-grade forecasting in the hands of teams that cannot afford a data science department.

Priya Nair, CTO and Co-Founder
Priya Nair
CTO & Co-Founder

Built ML forecasting infrastructure for logistics and retail workflows before co-founding Routeharvest. Leads model architecture, ERP integration layer, and API design.

Jonas Wehr, Head of Data Science
Jonas Wehr
Head of Data Science

Built probabilistic forecasting models for supply chain applications across industrial and food-service verticals. Leads the per-SKU model training pipeline at Routeharvest.

Camille Osei, Head of Customer Success

Head of Customer Success

Worked alongside supply chain planning teams at manufacturers and distributors, translating operational pain into product requirements. Owns the early-access pilot program and planner onboarding.

What we stand for

Precision over presentation

A forecast that is 10% more accurate at the picking floor is worth more than a beautiful dashboard. We optimize for the number, not the chart.

Work inside what teams have

Most planning teams cannot rip out their ERP for a new tool. Routeharvest is built to read what is already there and produce value without requiring a system replacement.

Planners are the users, not the product

Every alert and report format is designed for a planner with 200 SKUs to manage before noon, not for a director who looks at the system twice a week.
